Secretary Blinken gave remarks from the State Department on the current state of U.S.-Russia relations. He addressed the current security concerns the U.S., NATO, and European allies have with Russia’s growing presence on the Ukrainian border. Secretary Blinken said that Russia’s “aggressive actions” are a threat to peace and security in Europe. He said that even though diplomacy is not off the table, the U.S. and its partners will “respond forcefully” if Russia does not stand down. close
