Senators Joni Ernst (R-IA), Lindsey Graham (R-SC), Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY), and Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) spoke about legislation that would prohibit employers from requiring that their employees resolve workplace sexual assault and sexual harassment cases in binding arbitration. The bill would allow workers to sue their employers for sexual misconduct allegations. Immediately following the discussion, the Senate passed the bill, which has already been approved by the House. President Biden has said he will sign it into law. close
