Canadian Prime Minister Trudeau Holds News Conference on Trucker Protests

The prime minister said that the emergency powers would be temporary and geographically targeted to areas heavily impacted by the blockades along the U.S.-Canadian border, giving these affected provinces the authorities and resources they need to restore peace and order.
