Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko and his brother, Wladimir, a member of the Kyiv Territorial Defense, said they are willing to die to defend the city of Kyiv from the Russian invasion. The brothers, speaking virtually to the Washington Post, called on the U.S. and NATO allies to give Ukraine the military equipment it needs to “close the sky” above Ukraine and execute its own “no-fly zone.” close
