Andriy Yermak, head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, stated, “You cannot trade freedom for comfort,” as he asked for aid and support from NATO and Western allies. During a discussion hosted by the Atlantic Council, Mr. Yermak called for new world security architecture to ensure peace, saying, “Ukraine is revitalizing the principle that gave birth to the current civilization in the West.” He also called on the West to provide weapons to help Ukraine defend itself against Russia’s invasion. close
