All 50 Democrats and three Republicans, Senators Susan Collins (ME), Lisa Murkowski (AK), and Mitt Romney, voted in favor of her confirmation. Members also passed two pieces of legislation in response to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. One bill suspends normal trade relations with Russia and Belarus. The other bans oil imports and other energy products from Russia. Both votes were 100-0.
