Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer with Minority Leader Mitch McConnell in agreement asked unanimous consent for the Senate to pass the House-approved $40 bill in Ukraine Aid. Senator Schumer also offered Senator Paul a vote on his amendment to the bill to create an inspector general to oversee the funding for Ukraine. Senator Paul objected to the request.
