Senators Chuck Schumer (D-NY), Deb Stabenow (D-MI), and John Boozeman (R-AR) came to the chamber floor to push forward a measure to address the baby formula shortage. The House-passed bill, called the Access to Baby Formula Act and which passed the Senate by voice vote, would help improve access to baby formula for low-income women, infants, and children (WIC) program beneficiaries during product shortages. close
