Senate HELP Committee Hearing on the Federal Response to COVID-19

They all appeared before the Senate Health Committee to update lawmakers on response efforts. This hearing came as the FDA and CDC were expected to approve Pfizer and Moderna vaccines for children six months to five years of age. In addition, Dr. Califf gave an update on the baby formula shortage. He said the Michigan Abbott formula manufacturing plant is closed again, this time due to flooding from severe weather.
