Speaking with reporters following the opening meeting of the NATO summit in Madrid, Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said the military alliance has formally invited Finland and Sweden to join. He also spoke about improvements, changes, and budget spending to which the NATO countries have agreed and what will continue to occur in regards to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
