Lawyers and law professors reviewed the Supreme Court’s most-watched and controversial decisions of the 2021-22 term. They analyzed the Court’s overturning of Roe v. Wade, which eliminated abortion as a constitutional right. Other cases discussed included the New York state law limiting guns in public, the “remain in Mexico” policy, and the EPA’s authority to regulate greenhouse gas emissions. This event was hosted by the American Constitution Society. close
