Jeff Tucker, senior economist at Zillow, and Caitlin Surgue Walter, of the National Multifamily Housing Council, analyzed changes in the U.S. housing and rental market. During this virtual discussion with the Bipartisan Policy Center, they addressed a variety of topics, including supply and demand, home value, and the future of the housing market.
