The Cato Institute held its 21st annual Constitution Day Symposium in Washington, D.C. In this first panel, legal scholars spoke about constitutional structure and Supreme Court cases from the 2021-22 term. The discussed cases included: West Virginia v. EPA, which struck down the EPA’s clean power plan; vaccine mandates; and Egbert v. Boule, in which the Court narrowed the types of constitutional violations for which money damages are available. close
