General Assembly. He pointed to some hope as he touched on the Black Sea Grain Initiative agreed to by Ukraine and Russia, which re-opened shipping lanes in the Black Sea for the transport of food and fertilizer to the rest of the world. The secretary-general also highlighted other issues, including food insecurity, climate change, poverty, and the need for more renewable energy investment.
