The attorney general outlined the agency’s findings from a three-year investigation, saying the probe found decades of deception, including “billions of dollars in falsified net worth, as part of an effort to minimize Trump’s companies' tax bills while winning favorable terms from banks and insurance companies.” The attorney general said she is seeking $250 million in alleged illegal profits as well as a five-year ban on the former president and children from doing business in the state of New York.
