Russian President Vladimir Putin in an address to his country warned, "With a threat to the territorial integrity of our country, to protect Russia and our people, we of course will use all the means at our disposal. This is not a bluff. He called on Russian citizens with military experience to fight in the war against Ukraine. He also spoke about declaring occupied parts of Ukraine as Russian territory. This speech came a day after some Russian-controlled areas in Ukraine announced plans for referendums on becoming part of Russia. close
