FEMA Administrator Deanne Criswell said the agency has staged 3.7 million meals and 3.5 million liters of water in Alabama ahead of Hurricane Ian’s landfall in Florida. Hurricane Ian was nearing a Category 5 storm with winds almost 155 miles per hour. Administrator Criswell was joined during the briefing by the director of the National Weather Service as well as other officials. close
