Defense Secretary Austin gave remarks at the Reagan National Defense Forum in Simi Valley, California. He pointed to the new B-21 raider bomber as a “major advance for American deterrence.” He called the 2020s a “decisive decade” and said the next few years would set the terms for competition with China.
