Publisher and Developer Mortimer Zuckerman discussed his background and views. He recounted how he attended Harvard Law School, but has never practiced law. He began his career as a developer in Boston and subsequently purchased the Atlantic Monthly. He described how U.S. News and World Report has changed since he first purchased it and the challenges of running a daily newspaper, The New York Post. He describes himself as “a permanent graduate student” with a strong interest in public affairs. The interview takes place in New York city where Mr. Zuckerman now lives. close
