The Justice Department announced the arrest of a Russian crypto exchange founder who is accused of letting international criminals use the network for illicit activities. The arrest and charges were detailed during a news conference in Washington, D.C. The FBI arrested Anatoly Legkodymov in Miami. Mr. Legkodymov leads Bitzlato Ltd., a global cryptocurrency exchange that is registered in Hong Kong. Officials said there are minimal regulations and identification requirements there, making it easy for criminals to finance their activities. close
