Secretary of State Antony Blinken reflected on the lessons learned and the road ahead for Ukraine and the international community one year after Russia’s invasion. Secretary Blinken said in many ways Russian President Vladimir Putin already lost because Ukraine has and will not fall. He touted overwhelming support from the U.S. and other countries to arm Ukraine as a factor. Other topics included China’s relations with Russia, waning U.S. public support for aid to Ukraine, and the potential for a new Cold war. The Atlantic Council hosted this virtual conversation. close
