Trade and customs policy stakeholders and professionals testified on modernization of customs and trade policies and how they can help strengthen the country’s supply chain before the House Ways and Means Subcommittee on Trade. Several topics were discussed, including enforcement of trade policy, eliminating forced labor from the supply chain, increasing U.S. production of goods, the role of Customs and Border Protection, and competition with China.
