Senior Associate at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace Richard N. Haass and Joseph Cirincione, who was the Executive Director of the Campaign for the Non-Proliferation Treaty, discussed the future of nuclear arms policy. Topics included traditional approaches to control the proliferation through international treaties and new approaches which would make use of military methods to control proliferation.
