National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan briefed reporters at Camp David, where President Biden was meeting with the leaders of Japan and South Korea for a trilateral summit. Mr. Sullivan emphasized the unique nature of the summit, but cautioned it was the beginning of a formal security dialogue between the three countries, and not intended to be seen as a military alliance. close
