Peter Navarro, former adviser to President Trump and director of the White House Office of Trade and Manufacturing Policy, responded to a federal judge’s decision to not allow the use of executive privilege as defense in his contempt case related to the investigation of the January 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol. He said his actions were constitutional and expected his case to go to the Supreme Court. close
