When asked by a reporter if there were any “F-bombs” at the morning’s House Republican conference meeting, Rep. Don Bacon (R-NE) said that “there may have been one.” He said Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) was “rightfully irritated” with some Republican members who were obstructing appropriations bills, which Rep. Bacon said undermines the party and legislative process. He also admitted he does the impeachment inquiry brought against President Biden. close
