U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit Judge Neomi Rao spoke about pluralism and the Constitution at the American Enterprise Institute. Judge Rao was appointed to the court by former President Trump in 2019. She filled the seat vacated by now-Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh. Prior to the court, Judge Rao served in the Trump administration as the administrator for the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs. close
