The Heritage Foundation hosts a discussion on race relations in the U.S. This program is a simulcast of a WOL radio program hosted by Armstrong Williams. Mr. Williams is a conservative African-American who challenges certain racial stereotypes and policy positions supported by other African-Americans in his program. Senator Hatch and Dole appeared together on a separate panel. Mr. Giles spoke by telephone. Members of the audience asked questions and made comments.
