The cabinet members briefed reporters on President Bill Clinton’s upcoming trip to Brussels, Belgium, for the North American Treaty Organization (NATO) summit. Topics included the president’s agenda and the issues the summit will deal with. Following prepared statements, the cabinet members took questions from reporters concerning the trip. President Clinton will leave for Europe tomorrow evening. During the trip he will be attending NATO meetings and visiting Moscow and several other European capitols. close
