Dimitri Simes, of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, and Ambassador Paul Nitze, of the Nitze School of Advanced International Studies at Johns Hopkins, discussed the current round of meetings between Russian President Boris Yeltsin and President Clinton. Topics included the agreement between the two presidents to retarget nuclear missiles.
