The Environmental Protection Agency held a public hearing on a reformulated gasoline program which would assure a market for ethanol in the reformulation. The proposal is designed to help improve the Midwest economy, help U.S. farmers, and help cities reduce smog. Following prepared remarks, the panelists answered questions from EPA officials. close
