The Environmental Protection Agency held a public hearing on a reformulated gasoline program which would assure a market for ethanol in the reformulation. The proposal is designed to help cities reduce smog, improve the Midwest economy, and help U.S. farmers. Following their prepared remarks, the panelists answered questions from the EPA officials. close
