Mr. Days spoke on providing legal services to those unable to afford them. He said that being the “good guy” and profiting from the legal profession are not mutually exclusive. Before his appointment as Solicitor General by President Clinton, Mr. Days served as a volunteer in the Peace Corps and also worked for the NAACP legal defense fund. close
