In a White House East Room ceremony, President Bill Clinton signed the Head Start Reauthorization Bill. The Bill contains new provisions to meet the needs of families with infants and toddlers from birth to age 3. The President explained that, as a result of this Bill, Head Start will go from serving 621,000 children in 1992 to about 840,000 in 1995. close
