President Bill Clinton delivered his weekly radio address to the nation from UCLA’s Costas Sports Center in Los Angeles. Reflecting on the life of former First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis, the president said that she and President Kennedy “changed our lives for the better because they helped us to believe we could change for the better.” The President also reported on the state of the economy and spoke on the importance of providing health care for all Americans. close
