First lady Hillary Rodham Clinton gave a speech on health care reform in Portland, Oregon. The first lady took part in a rally kicking off a nation wide bus caravan designed to promote health care reform. The buses will make their way to Washington for an August rally. Organizations that are providing funding for this national bus caravan include Families USA, Healthright, the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees. They expect to end their trip with a rally in Washington D.C. close
