President Clinton welcomed delegates from Boys Nation to the White House East Room. While there, the President arranged for the delegates to meet Stephen Breyer, newly confirmed as a U.S. Supreme Court justice. On Breyer’s confirmation, the President said, “This gentleman has set a standard of excellence and fidelity to the law and the Constitution of which every American can be proud.”
