Justice John Paul Stevens, appointed by President Gerald Ford in 1975, discusses several current legal issues taking shape within the Supreme Court. Some of the issues discusses are the validity of the attorney disciplinary rule, double jeopardy, the validity of helicopter search under the fourth amendment, the constitutionality of minority subcontracting regulations and jurisdictional restrictions in hearing cases regarding parties not within the United States.
