This was a forum to dicuss issues of particular interest to African-Americans. This meeting was not sponsored by the NAACP as planned because of the dismissal of Ben Chavis as executive director. He organized this meeting independently. These meetings focused on economics, youth, morale, health care, education and the media. Each panelist made a breif opening statement. Ms. Pugh then moderated a question session among the panel, the audience and the audience. close
