Attorney General Reno announced an agreement between the United States and Cuba regarding the recent mass emmigration from Cuba. The United States agreed to allow 20,000 Cubans to enter the United States and Cuba agreed to prevent more mass departures for the United States. Mr. Tarnoff also commented on this agreement and U.S.- Cuba relations. After their remarks, they took questions from the press. Ms. Reno and Mr. Tarnoff left and Ms. Meissner answered additional questions. close
