A look at a Supreme Court case involving an artist who wanted to put up a political advertisement in New York’s Penn Station and the owner and operator of the Station, Amtrak, refused the advertisement. The parties on both sides of “Lebron v. Amtrak” talked about their contentions. Michael Lebron claims his First Amendment rights were violated when Amtrak refused his Advertisement.
