Executive director Norman Burns described the Rocky Mount Museum, a recreation and preservation of one of the oldest settlements in Tennessee and the first seat of government for the Southwest Territory. The site served as a living history museum which received 47,000 visitors annually. The interview took place during a stop of the C-SPAN School Bus to Piney Flats, Tennessee. close
