In the first segment, Ms. Havemann discussed today’s Senate agenda. In the newspaper roundtable, Senators Grassley and Leahy talked about the headline stories. In brief interviews, Reps. Barrett, DeLauro, Blute, Torricelli, Torkildsen, and Nethercutt talked about vacation plans as Congress adjourns for the August break.
