Irving Kristol,Author,Neo-Conservatism: The Autobiography of an Idea

He explained the development of his personal philosophy which began with Marxism in the 1940s.

His opinions became more conservative over the years and the term “neo-conservative” was coined as a criticism of Kristol’s work in the 1980s.

He adopted the term as apt and descriptive of his thought. close
