Republicans gathered at an annual fall meeting of GOPAC, an organization which trains Republicans for campaigns and helps fund those campaigns. Rep. Parker spoke about why he recently became a Republican. Speaker Gingrich spoke about the several party switches by Democratic congressmen since January. He also talked about Congress' work to balance the budget, and the politics of the looming fiscal crisis. Mr. Limbaugh spoke about the Republican agenda and the Democratic response to it.
