President Bill Clinton praised Representative Tony Hall (D-OH) for helping arrange the presence of USAID and UNICEF in Bosnia to immunize refugee children and provided other aid. The war in Bosnia has taken a serious toll on the health of innocent children, the president said. Additionally, the education system has suffered multiple hardships. Initiatives to help return these two systems to normal were scheduled to start before Christmas. close
