Mr. Terkel, a Pulitzer Prize-winning author, talked about his new book, Coming of Age: The Story of Our Century by Those Who Lived It. He described some of the interviews which made up the book and discussed his observations. Following Mr. Terkel, economist and professor John Kenneth Galbraith spoke. Both men then took questions from the audience. The John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University sponsored this event. close
