In a symposium commemorating the Marshall Plan, Minister Handziski talked about his hopes for peace in Europe and partnership of all Atlantic Ocean countries. The panel of Eastern European officials analyzed the origins of the NATO partnership and speculated about the future of Europe-U.S. foreign Policy, in addition to lauding the General George C.
