The House Budget committee’s ad hoc task force on the homeless holds a hearing on the homeless issue and its relation to the budget. Homeless individuals spoke to the community on the difficulty of their situation and the mayors of New York City and Boston testified on the difficulty of dealing with homelessness from an institutional perspective. Due to technical difficulties, part of this hearing was omitted from the video. close
