Former chair of the National Endowment for the Arts, John Frohnmayer spoke about his perspectives on the negative effects of censorship. He emphasized that education both by society and from families should provide young people with the tools to make informed choices among different ideas. Censorship, he said, does not allow them to do this. After his remarks Mr. Frohnmayer took questions from the audience. close
